This is a hatha style yoga class that is designed for someone new or experienced. Each class is in the style of flow, connecting breath and movement at the same time. A flow class helps to build heat and energy in the body through various sun salutations and proper alignment for your body. This type of class is great for those wanting to reduce stress while building strength and stability in the body.
*Please note* this is not a fast, fitness (power yoga) class. While the class is the style of vinyasa, a focus on one's own embodiment is important, so taking a little more time to explore how it feels in your body and having a little time and space to adjust within your own self.
