This 60 minute class is designed to create lubrication in the joints through gentle hatha yoga movements. Connecting breath with slower dynamic flows until we come to stillness in a yin/restorative practice. Yin/restorativ practice encourages a calming of the nervous system which helps with elevating our mood and better sleep. Props and support are provided to help soften the body into the practice giving space and time to explore our own embodiment.
