Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a great way to keep the body moving while building strength and stability. Emphasis on breathing and gentle movements while seated on the chair or using the chair in standing poses. Chair yoga is wonderful way to build strength, encourage healing and create relaxation. This class is intended to any age and physical abilities.
